Dedicated, helpful, and compassionate, Jessica Braddock brings excellent communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude to her role as civil and family law legal assistant at Guest & Gray. Guided by her favorite quote—“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”—Jessica derives her greatest satisfaction in helping others.
Jessica began her sixteen-plus year career in customer service, leveraging her ability to work with a diverse clientele to solve problems, address customers’ questions and concerns, and build relationships. She honed her skills in a variety of industries, including insurance, pension administration, healthcare, law, and real estate. Not only did these jobs provide her with extensive experience in marketing, sales, office administrative support, and accounting, but it cemented her passion for making a difference.
Jessica joined Guest & Gray in 2024, where she supports the firm’s attorneys and paralegals by answering phones, setting up client appointments, and updating client folders. As the first person the firm’s clients often talk to, Jessica strives to make a positive impact by bringing a ray of light to people going through what is often one of the hardest times of their lives. On the administrative side, her efficiency, work ethic, and administrative skills are critical to the success of the firm, enabling the attorneys and paralegals to focus fully on serving their clients.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys being outdoors—whether walking her dog, fishing, hunting, hiking, or spending time at the lake or beach—cooking with her husband, and spending time with her three kids.
